So this is the end. I admire you for being able to write an entire story (or anything at all) in a second language.

Overall, I enjoyed this story. The ups and downs were crushing at times, but that's what makes a story good. I was shocked when Mike took everything out on Chester in the last chapter, and here we see him doing it again. And so harshly. But he's mad and upset and lost and very confused, I think.

And it took Jason bad mouthing Chester for Mike's feelings to really shine through. I liked it. Jason was harsh about it, but sometimes it takes extremes to show us how we really feel.

I love that you let this end on a happy note. Seeing Mike and his mending relationship with Otis. How different the vibe between them is from the beginning of this story.

And Chester - healthy and doing alright with the time he has with his kids. Sometimes it works out that way when parents split, and you just have to do the best with what you have.

I'll miss this story, but I feel like the ending was satisfying, so it's all good :)

I'm glad with the happy ending because I am a romantic person and I had a lot of doubts after the harsh words of Mike in the last chapter.

It 's correct that time has passed before they meet again, the time when Mike was able to think, but I'm sorry you didn't write that part.

I don't have words about Mike's family...they are horrible.

Personally I hope that Chester will not forgive him so quickly, Mike does not deserve that.

In my opinion there was room for another chapter !!

The ending was bitter sweet. I'm glad they work things out (kinda). Mike's family should have had his back, especially when he needed them most. The guys once again proved that their friendship is solid. Thanks for sharing the story with us.

I am so sorry for missing quite a lot of chapters. I finally caught up. Thanks for updating.

Back to the story. Mike's reaction was uncalled for. But in a wat I understand. He must've felt so guilty and sad that he decided to blame others for his mistakes. But it was a cheap shot- blaming it all on Chester and wanting to report about Chester's drug abuse so that he'll blose his kids.

I'm intrigued on how the story will turn out.

Oh my... I have no words for this chapter, I am literally shaking with anger for Mike! I know he's going through a lot of hurt, but even that is no excuse for how horrible he was to Chester... I kept waiting through the whole chapter for Mike to realize how awful he was being and apologize, but it just didn't happen. Like other reviewers have said, I have absolutely no idea how this story will end, or how you'll complete it in just one more chapter, but I'm on the edge of my seat now, and I'm sure no matter what happens it'll be worth every moment spent reading. Beautiful job as always, you write drama so well! Can't wait for the ending on this one...

Oh boy, what a crazy chapter! Poor Mike and Anna, losing their baby. Even if Anna did it "on purpose"..still, that will come back to haunt her. Like having an abortion, you never really get past it. It lives with you forever.

I know Mike's mad and hurt and confused, and he's taking it out on Chester. Probably because he knows Chester better, and that, despite it all, he'll still be there after this is all over.

I can't even imagine the insanity that will be taking place in the Shinoda home after this. Mike will need to mourn the loss, so will Anna. How terrible :( maybe they can go into grief counseling.

And Chester, being abused through the whole thing when he's only trying to help. I'm sure that will leave him in a place of hurt and frustration as well. And worried for his friend/lover.

You have to update soon - I want to know what will happen next :D

p.s. can't believe Mike punched him. That was so sad. But just shows the real amount of hurt that's going on inside of Mike, and how he doesn't know how to deal with it properly.

Hey, guess who's back with a review finally? I don't think I've reviewed since chapter 1, but I certainly haven't forgotten this story, and now after a few binge-reading sessions I'm all caught up! This story has been such a ride, and I really have to thank you not only for writing it, but for the exceptional effort put into translating it for us to enjoy. It reads near-flawless, and I really appreciate your hard work with it. Also, congrats on your first slash scene, it was really well done and fun to read!

Okay, so I wish I could go back and review every chapter like you deserve, but unfortunately my health doesn't permit that right now, and I want to let you know I'm here, so I'm going to stick to reviewing chapter 15. First of all... Holy crap, Anna, why?!?!? You made me so scared with the beginning of the chapter, I could feel Mike's fear and stress like it was my own, the writing was so vivid... And poor Otis, these are the kinds of things that scar children, and he doesn't deserve any part of this conflict he's stuck in the middle of. Like Mike, I was kinda angry with Anna for exposing Otis to that sight, but at the same time I understand her grief... She shouldn't have found out about Mike and Chaz through Talinda, but life isn't perfect. I just hope so much that she'll be alright, and maybe talking with Mike will help set her straight.

That said, I'm still rooting for Chester and Mike, because I think somehow Chester needs Mike more, and certainly Mike needs him too. *Sigh* it's such a tough situation but that's life, I just love real, deep stories like this! Thank you for continuing to update this, I really can't wait to see what happens next and I promise to leave a review sooner next time. Great work, please update soon!

I love the part with the attic :) So sweet and shows where Chester's heart really is. Not that I forgive Talinda or anything, but still. If she wants to go, let her. Poor Otis lost his playmate though. I feel bad for Chester's kids, losing an their awesome daddy. For now anyway.

I think it was a good call on Chester's part making Mike go talk to Anna before anything else happened between them. It's best that way.

The ending. What happened? Did Anna do something to herself? You'll have to update so I can find out!!

Again...I'm a bit conflicted between rooting for Mike & Chester or Mike & Anna. I love the conversations between chester and Tyler. It's heartbreaking thinking about the confused and hurt kid. As usual, great work. Rated

This was a super sad chapter. It was hard to read :( Especially the part when Tyler told Chester that Talinda said that Logan was his "new daddy"...ugh, made my heart ache for Chester. I totally get that Chester punched Logan. I mean, technically, he should have punched Talinda, but since things don't work that way, Logan had to take it.

I think it's fair that Talinda told Anna. She was going to have to find out eventually. Mike certainly didn't do what she sent him to do lol quite the opposite.

Poor Chester, that's all I can think. I hope Talinda will keep her word and let him see the kids as often as he likes, even if they are living in separate houses. Lots of families make that work, as long as the parents stay amicable.

Update soon, I want to see how Mike will handle the impending conversation with Anna :) ...and hopefully, through all of this, he can finally connect with Otis.

I'm a bit conflicted. Part of me is glad that now Mike and Chester are free to be together. But part of me is sad that two families are suffering because of this. The kids are the ones that's gonna suffer. Poor little things

Ugh. I mean, so wrong!!! Talinda needs to be smacked, and not in the fun way. She needs an ass beating. And again, not in the fun way.

What nerve! She disappears and then comes back and takes the kids to go be with some other guy. I mean, I can't say much for her "cheating" because Chester is just as bad, but she has no right to take the kids.

But if they fought for them, she'd probably win anyway. I don't know about Arizona, but here we're a "mother state" so usually, unless mom is seriously screwed up (and sometimes that doesn't even matter) the mom always gets the kids.

Poor Chester. He loves his kids so much. It's how she can hurt him the most and she knows it. She just left the kids, and now she wants to act all "mommy"! Not buying it.

She makes me angry. Can you tell? lol

I kind of love how Chester lost it and Mike was almost enjoying seeing him not be "perfect" in front of the kids just so Mike could mentally claim that Anna was wrong XD

So now Mike really has to put his money where his mouth is. He can't leave Chester now and decide to go back to Anna.

Too many emotions in this chapter.

Mike changes his mind too quickly, I understand that Chester didn't trust him.

Talinda: I don't understand her..... although Chester is difficult to live with, she abandoned her children! And now she's back, ready for a new life, a new partner and she claims to have their babies. Absurd.

At this point I really hope Mike is seriuos because otherwise Chester could collapse.

You finally updated! Oi, these two. I have to tell you, that little bit about all the things Mike did to avoid Otis ...especially the one about leaving with his suitcase as Otis ran after him to show him his first drawing, dang. I wanted to cry. SO SAD. Mike really needs to man up and be a father to that kid. I understand that he's relating his lack of Chester-love with the birth of Otis, but not Otis' fault. And, as Chester so eloquently put it, Mike is responsible for his own choices. Otis or no Otis, he could have tried a relationship with Chester, if that's what he truly feels. People who "stay together for the kids" usually only make things worse in the long run because they're living a lie. Better to go your ways, and build fresh relationships - including with your kids. Different isn't always bad.

But anyway, glad to see Mike is finally putting 2 and 2 together on what he's been doing. And now Otis has caught them lol that was bound to happen. My question is, will Mike have the guts to tell Anna? Not just tell her, but leave her? It seems that's where his mind is going, but he's been chicken up to this point.

Such a dramatic story! Always makes for good reading :)
