After being away from this fandom for over a year your stories still manage to affect me in such great manners, it is indescribable. I am - again, that is - amazed how you can put so much emotion into words. How genuine it comes out, how effective it is.

I literally just shed a tear, I am astonished. This was a lovely read.

I really liked this. It was so simple and perfect, and honestly I kinda started crying when Chester confronted Mike. It just broke my heart. But it was so lovely the simplicity amazes me you got so much across in so little words, now thats fucking talent right there, awesome job.

How can this be such a sad story even tough the end was kinda happy? well I totally loved this its realistic and very well written and ooh I feel sorry for them both...And after this Im always gonna belive that its how they met first time at LAX

more because the story goes with chester's one side,and love is always complex for different people have different probelms,i think it's ok to say goodbye at the proper time, so i love the ending like this, chester is free to find his new love and has a new life. i think mike can live his own way good without chaz too, i really hope music own his heart and he could be a successful person but not a excuse to avoid chaz,

a man living by his goal only, he should be proud of himself....

I loved this - I loved the Bennoda coming to an end with no drama just falling out of love in the way sadly many relationships do.

I loved the tongue peircing and Rob's reaction to it.

I love Bourdington - much better than Bennoda.

So... I haven't reviewed anything in AGES but I just HAD to spend the 5 minutes of agony figuring out wtf my password was in order to say SOMETHING about this.

This was just SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL!

I am torn between keyboard mashing (okay, mind blank, is that the phrase I'm after?!) or flailing madly. Or BOTH. Because this is amazing & I've just read it three times and I love it so, so much!

I completely felt for Chester throughout this. At times I wanted to reach into the fic and bitchslap Mike because srsly? Mike, you suck. I lovelovelove your Rob (I seem to be loving all your Robs lately :D). & I don't know if it was intentional or because I am such a sap but I even felt for Mike when he started crying.

I guess maybe because it shows that even though Mike is such an ass throughout this fic and so absorbed in work to neglect Chester so, so, so much it shows that there were good times? That originally their relationship had been wonderful (with the LAX flashbacks. lol at the neon pink sign getting looks!) but they've both changed to the point where Mike doesn't even try anymore? I know he said he did but really, he didn't pay any attention to Chester's ultimatum; all that was left was what there had been, many years ago. & while Mike seems resigned to that fact, to the point where he doesn't try, it takes Chester longer to realise that this is it, it either stays like this or he can leave & find something/one that makes him happy.

& I do not want to get started on Chester & Rob's relationship because I will start flailing madly but aww <33 Rob is amazing. & hilarious, especially the "I don't know what you're talking about" part at the end.

& I love how you tie the theme together at the end, that of change. That Mike didn't want to change, nor did Chester & that both of them didn't want their relationship to change. But it did, and for the worse. & that by ending it, cutting himself off from something that had been amazing but was now stagnant, Chester set himself free & set off to do things he always wanted to do. & with Rob! Who represents a chance to start over, especially as he sacrificed his own feelings for Mike. & okay, I don't think I'm making much sense but hopefully you can see where I'm trying to get to?

Overall, EPIC WIN. *favourites* :)

Oh this was awesome for my first LP fic in ages! I really loved the dynamic between Rob and Chester, from friendship to slightly-more.

But I think my favourite part was the final scene between Mike and Chester, when Mike was crying and they realized that it wasn't their fault, things had just changed.

Also, some lolasaurus lines hidden in there.
