...why does Rob have to be sarcastic in a situation like that?! Why?! Doesn't he know that Steven'll only get more pissed off at him? Although Rob does have a point... it isn't any fun for him.

Hee...like I thought you are indeed drawing out the most Rob angst you possibly can! [and we all love you for it.] Stephen has a lighter. Steven is attempting to take Rob's clothes off. Well, coat. But I'd assume if he got the chance it would be clothes...amiright?! Oh and it seems to have slipped my mind that Steven is apparently someone who loves seeing people in discomfort/pain/making people do something against their will - seeing as he is currently smiling at Rob struggling. Although it's very good that Rob IS struggling and pretty soon after that, he punches Steven. Because it's nice to know that Rob hasn't given up on fighting what's happening to him. Because that means Rob could escape from him. Even if it is a little bit unlikely...okay, a lot.

"When the annoying material was gone Steven leaned back to study his pray. Rob was staring up at him with big teary eyes. With the jacket gone his breaths were more visible, his chest rose and fell quickly but not without effort."

I love that paragraph. Loveitloveitloveit. Love especially how you used the word 'prey', simply because that IS what Rob is to Steven right now. And then the teary eyes... hey, vulnerable!scared!Rob. Who could resist?! *cough*

I loved it when Rob was trying to reason with Steven to not do 'it' and Steven was being difficult with it. "Do what?" And I love how he corrected Rob on his name. Really hit me for some reason.

And damn right Rob has no reason to be grateful to Steven if he lets him go! Okay, so yes, he wouldn't get hurt but really Steven putting in a position where you've never gonna be that grateful to him, is he?! And somehow I never saw Steven being a okay-you-give-me-the-car-and-I'll-leave-you-alone-guy. Poor Robbie. :( I'm glad he resorted to screaming though. It did make the others get there sooner... :) even if they're just a *little* out of breath.

I'm glad Steven has a little bit of decency in him to stop hitting Rob when Rob stopped hitting him. Even though I'm pretty sure that that was just because he wouldn't be able to have much fun with Rob being dead or unconscious, would he?

*blink* For some reason, when I said you would most definitely create a lot of Rob angst, I never, ever thought for one second that it would involve the others actually finding Rob before Steven had done anything and also Steven with his hands around Rob's neck. I'm starting to panic for Rob's safety now... I didn't think Steven would be capable of killing him before but erm, now?! I think it's a possibility. But at least you did make Rob's vision clear enough to recognise his friends were there [thank God.] and to hear them reassure him that everything IS going to be okay. Because when I read that, I actually believed that it would be okay at the end of this chapter [isn't Jay silly?!]. Rob's tiny glimmer of ...happiness at seeing his best friends is now turned into shame, as he's apologising for something that isn't completely his fault, even though he was stupid to take whatever it was that Steven gave him.

And when Steven produces a knife and cuts Rob's neck and collarbone was when I figured that no, everything was not going to be okay. And then you brought in the police...thank Goddddd! Lol. Much as I love Rob angst, I wasn't too happy with him with a knife to his throat, in the grip of Steven and with the others watching hopelessly cause they can't do anything to stop this and if they try, the knife might cut Rob. :(

And I'm really anxious to see if the arrival of the police makes Steven surrender or Steven injure Rob. Because you never know... especially when it's you writing! :P

So if you haven't already realised it, I love the chapter, hun! :D
