Chapter: 14

Oh no, their dad can't be dead, can he??? I really hope somehow they can save him. I mean, he's just missing as of now, right? The chapter started out so sweet and happy, I laughed at Eve's excitement over the food, she is too cute! And her and Mike's kiss was way too adorable, I love them and their relationship so much I can't even tell you! You do an amazing job describing their natural chemistry. I also loved the reminder of the last meeting, that scene was my favorite part of the whole story, I think. Evelyn is such a badass when she needs to be, I love that. But, the thing with their dad... I'm worried for them now, and wow, I wasn't expecting Chester to snap like that. I know he's upset, but he was way too harsh to Eve and Mike. I hope they can help him calm down after the meeting. I really can't wait to see how things turn out! Don't worry about the lack of updates, life comes first. I am happy to see your name back on the front page though, welcome back!

Chapter: 14

I cringed when I read the 'sugar in Pepsi' part. Something only eve could've done. The make out part was hot. Too bad it ended too soon *glares at you* Chester's outburst was uncalled for. I know he's upset, but there's no need to trample everyone in his path. I hope eve will lead a rescue team and save her dad. Of course lead it remotely (does that make sense?) since it's not legal for her to go into a war zone

Chapter: 13

Yessss an update you made my entire week! God, I fall more in love with this story every single chapter. I just adore each and every character, and I really can't wait to find out more about Rob! The part in Beau's POV was awesome, it helped me get to know him much better, and I always love learning about a character's past. It's so sweet how he talked of Evelyn, I love their beautiful relationship (I can't really call it a friendship, because it's so much more than that). And Evelyn... She's so protective over Beau, over everyone actually. It was sad she had such a setback with her health, but I know she'll keep fighting and get past it. Mike's words to her were so sweet, a bit cheesy but sweet nonetheless. They heal each other and bring out the best in each other, it's really all you can ask for in a relationship. The conversation at the end was sweet and hilarious, I love Evelyn's comment about Mike being a perfect housewife hahaha. Mike better watch out, if he and Evelyn get married he probably would be the housewife. But however they work things out, I just think they're perfect for each other, and I love watching their relationship grow. Outstanding chapter as usual dear, I can't wait for a new update! :)

Chapter: 12

Mike got guts asking Chester's permission. That was fun to read. And I effing hate rhen. What the hell is his problem? Reading Chester trying to calm mike down was scary. Half the time I thought they'd both will end up into the emergency room. I feel so sad that mike is carrying all this weight. In time, I hope he'll learn to let go. Great that Evelyn and Chester are joining too. And I love Beau the cheerleader. Hahaha. Rated

Chapter: 12

I absolutely LOVED this chapter! The beginning was cute, with the awkwardness of a Mike asking Chester's permission to date Evelyn, and Chester's response. Then Mike's outburst at Rhen, just wow! The way you described the fight and the emotions was so vivid, it was amazing! Chester's such an amazing friend, it took a lot from him to calm Mike down, but he did it without a second thought. And it was nice to read in Chester's POV, since we don't get his perspective often. It's so beautiful the comeradery between Mike, Chester, Evelyn, and Beau. I can't wait to see how they train for the showdown, that'll be so fun to read! I'm so happy with where this story is going. You write emotions and reactions so well, I'm in love with your stories. Usually I'll only put one story from an author into my favorites, but I love this one and 'Fuck Love' so much that they both need to be in my favorites list. Forever looking forward to more updates from you! :)

Chapter: 11

'Fuck love' brought me here. Everytime you updated this fic, I hesitated to read it cause I felt like I was too late. I mean, it's already reached more than 10 chapters. I thought that it was too late for me to review it. But after laughing me head off reading 'fuck love', I decided to give this fic a try. And my god I'm thankful I read it.

Let me start of by congratulating you on your writing skill. The way you described the characters and events are beautiful to read. I love how descriptive you are, and it hooked me. I LOVE reading about conversations, and I tend to skim through the description part if the story. But I didn't with yours.

The turn of events in the characters' lives are shocking. At first, I felt sorry for Mike and Evelyn, but as the story progresses, I was at awed by how strong these characters are. I love how every time they wanna fall apart, they think of the other and it made them stronger.

'A different kind of bennoda'. I love how this story revolves around their friendship. And now with Ryan gone, Mike needs a friend more than ever. I cried when he died, it was so sudden and it made me think how fragile our lives are.

On that note, I am sorry for your lost. Keep the memories alive, think of the ones you've lost when you're sad, and use them as a motivation to move forward. Think of the ones you've lost when you're happy, and send a prayer and kind thoughts to them. I believe you are a strong person, and I wish you all the luck and happiness in the world.

This fic was rated 10, and added to my favorite list. You're an amazing author, and I'm looking forward to the updates =)

Awwww I cannot stop smiling whenever I read the cute moments Mike and Evelyn share! Their bond is beautiful, and they're both real, honest people. To watch them fall more in love, chapter after chapter, and watch them both heal each other is incredible. Chapter: 11

Favorite quote from this chapter... Be easy, they aren't so bad, are they?

"Watch this be a Jehovah's Witness. Are they even allowed to come in your house? Who knows. I struggled to compose myself as Chester walked in."

I love this story so far and you are a very good writer. Keep updating please!?!?!

Chapter: 10

Aw I love Mike and Evelyn. They just don't need all the lovey dovey stuff to show their care for each other. Mike really needs Evelyn and vice versa for different reasons. It keeps them closer and I can only expect them to get closer. The funeral scene made me sad. It felt like I was at the funeral. I feel for the family. They lost a good kid, but they do have each other. Nice chapter :)

Chapter: 10

Poor Mike, beating himself up, but I understand how he feels. It's so good he has the Benningtons to help him though this. Evelyn is simply gorgeous. Not just on the outside, but on the inside too. She's giving Mike the perfect balance of comfort and stern insistence on moving forward anyways. The funeral scene made me shudder... I can't stand funerals, they are so sad and often regretful. But Mike, Helena, and everyone are soldiering through. Beautiful characters you've created. Again, I hope things will get easier for you and you'll feel better. Amazing chapter <3

Chapter: 9

Oh man, I cried... I cried so much, this just hit me really hard... The emotions were so vivid, and it was almost like I was there, watching what happened. I really don't know what to say about this. Sad, but beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to write this amazing story, and I'm so sorry for your loss. *Hugs*

Chapter: 8

Oh my gosh. Evelyn leading a meeting with a group of soldiers and generals? BAD. ASS. I'm sorry for the language but daaamn, I love her! She knows what she's talking about, and she demands respect. Not in a commandeering way, but in a quiet way of just letting you know that she deserves it. She's so dedicated with the getting back in shape, and I smiled at how much progress she's made. I know I say this every time, but she is just so inspiring and amazing! It was so sweet that the simple thought of seeing snow could make such an impact and help her keep the will to live. The ending was adorable, Mike seems to love her so much, and it was touching to read of their moment together after being apart for so long.

I'm sorry you may have to post this story elsewhere. I wonder why, it doesn't seem to me that it breaks any rules? But either way, if you start posting it on another site let me know so I can go there and read it! An amazing chapter, you're quickly becoming one of my favorite authors here.

Chapter: 7

I'm so very sorry for the late review. I've gotten a bit behind on reading and reviewing stories, but I saw your update and have been looking forward to reading it! I got chills at Evelyn's nightmare, I always feel happy and sad at the same time for her, because she's been through so much, but she's so positive and strong. Her moments with Mike are always so sweet, they make me smile every time. I really feel for Mike, with everyone in his life suddenly leaving. It's just so good that he has the Benningtons, because his family really isn't much of a family. And then, I really, really hated Rhen. But even though Mike was down, he didn't give up, and Rhen got his karma. I love all of your characters, they're so strong and good people. I can't wait to read more from you :)

Chapter: 6

This chapter was intense, and really good! I got so scared when Mike was trapped underwater, I was afraid he really would give up, or pass out or something. How he made it back to shore at all is incredible, shows how much of a fighter he is. I love how naturally his relationship with the Benningtons is growing. It's progressing quickly, but still feels completely natural. Evelyn's intuition is always spot on, she is such a smart girl. I love that she could call Mike on his little lie, just by analyzing the simplest of details. Their hug was so sweet, too! Can't wait for things to pick up even more, I'm so enthralled with this story! Update soon!

Chapter: 6

You know.. The only reason I read this story is because of the relationship between her and Mike, it reminds me of one of those moments in life when you develop a crush on someone and you aren't able to get rid of it.. I enjoy the way Mike and Chester's relationship goes on.. Update soon <3

Chapter: 6

Ohh, I'm so sorry I missed a chapter! Chapter five was wonderful, as were all the ones before it, but I'm quite rambly at the moment and I fear that if I try to leave a review for two chapters I may take up the entire page o.O So, I'll just say chapter five = awesome.

Now for chapter six. It really makes me sad that Mike's Dad has him to the point where HE feels guilty about the things that he does. I thought he was an arse hole in the previous chapter when he hit Mike for defending himself, but this chapter just really made me feel for Mike and made me realise how much emotional abuse has been going on with him. He shouldn't feel guilty in himself or bad for his father, and he definitely shouldn't feel as though he deserves what he gets. Army or not, the man needs to show his son some love. You're still human, dude.

As for Evelyn, I'm so happy for her getting her casts off! It's been a long and painful road, but it looks like there might be some light at the end of the tunnel. Although from how you've described her so far, she's always known the light was there, and she's just been busting her butt to make it there. She's awesome, I love her.

Her and Mike are so sweet. I love that they had that instant connection, and it still hasn't faded at all. If anything, it's gotten stronger. I love that she could see right through Mike's bullshit, and I love that he couldn't lie to her once she did.

The Benningtons are such a great family with such great connections, and I think it speaks really highly of Mike that he's been accepted in so quickly and completely by all of them. I'm loving reading his interactions between all of them; it's really interesting to watch the relationships develop.

So I'm really intrigued now that you say that things are really going to start happening. I so much can't wait for the next chapter!!

Chapter: 6

I love Chester's family so much. Really nice people. Evelyn is just an amazing person and I'm so glad that she's starting to get her casts off and she'll start physical therapy soon. I bet that'll be tough for her, but she's a strong person and I'm sure Mike and her family will be there for her. I really like Mike and Chester's friendship too. It feels like they've been buddies for years haha they need each other. I can't wait to see how far Mike and Evelyn's relationship will go. It's adorable! Amazing job on this story!

Chapter: 5

Wow, I'm not quite sure what to think about Mike's dad... I can't believe he'd hit his son like that, but he does seem to care. He must have his reasons, and I'm really interested to know more about his character. Ryan is an ass, he needed some sense knocked into him by Mike. I loved all the description you gave of the training facility, and Mike's internal reactions to everything. I laughed out loud at the "eyes up here, woman". He seemed so happy to be training again, but I don't think his dad will react kindly to it... The part with Chester was so touching, Mike is such a good friend for him. It takes a special person to be able to feel like you've known them forever after a day. I'm glad they have that bond. And of course, the part with Evelyn was beautiful. His love for her seems so pure, so innocent. It's very rare, and you portray it perfectly. I'm loving this story more each chapter. Update soon! :)
