Yes to Tower by Clarke(linked above). I'm currently trying to convince this story to run to Vegas so we can be married, although I'm not entirely sure thats legal. Seriously, it has brought my love of fanfic back from the brink of death. I log on every day hoping for updates and I haven't done that in years.
